Frank is operated by City Kid Productions LLC. This page explains what we collect when you sign up at frankfrank.co and what we do with it.

What we collect. Your email address, when you choose to give it to us. We also count visits to the site in aggregate, using our host’s analytics, to understand how many people visit.

Why. To send you Frank’s emails. We rely on your consent, which you give when you sign up and can withdraw anytime.

Who else handles it. A few companies help us run Frank and process your email address on our behalf: Ghost (our website), Substack (which delivers our emails) and Google (our email). Some are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. We don’t sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@frankfrank.co. If you’re in the EU and aren’t satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Children. Frank is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes. If we change this page, we’ll update the date below.
